Right90 is looking for a talented and seasoned Customer Engagement Manager to be part of the Professional Services Group.

Position Objectives:
The key objective of the Customer Engagement Manager position is to manage customer accounts post-sales through implementation and for the duration of the customer relationship ensuring customer satisfaction, subscription renewal and sales reference-ability. Customer Engagement Manager responsibilities include educating customers on the solution and delivering on-going customer assistance to drive customer value through the use of the Right90 application. This person must be extremely proactive and organized, understand the customers’ business & processes, and build relationships with various departments within the customers’ organization including operations, sales, finance, marketing and executives. In addition, the Customer Engagement Manager should possess strong problem solving skills and be able to effectively translate new customer requirements back to Right90 Product Marketing and Engineering.
The Customer Engagement Manager role reports to the Vice President of Services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in timely and efficient account transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Work closely with Right90 or partner technical resources assigned to implementation to minimize implementation timeline.
- Track short term and long term goals — ultimately ensuring all customers’ business objectives are met.
- Consult with customers on business process and best practices integration of Right90 service.
- Ensure a high level of subscription renewals within customer base by maintaining outward communications and outreach pertinent to the ongoing utilization of Right90.
- Partner with Right90 Customer Support staff to provide outstanding and proactive education and support.
- Interact with Right90 Marketing, Engineering and Sales to offer insight into customer activities and requests.
- Uncover and communicate up-sell opportunities within existing customer base to sales organization.
- Manage multiple customers including relationships with both strategic and operational personnel.
- Coordinate service and software upgrade activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience working with customers in post-sales capacity in account management or project management position.
- Domain knowledge or understanding of sales and operations planning process, prefer specific knowledge of financial planning, production planning or supply chain planning processes.
- Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites (most work is done remotely).
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.

Must be smart, mature, self confident, flexible, adaptable team player and a good communicator. Must have the temperament to work in a startup environment. Lastly, they have to be detail oriented, reliable and have an uncanny ability to get things done.
The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are also looking for a candidate who does not need employer sponsorship to work in the United States.
