Bruce Cleveland
Partner, InterWest Partners

Bruce Cleveland joined InterWest Partners in June 2006. Prior to InterWest, Bruce was one of the original members of the Siebel executive team. At Siebel, he held numerous executive positions including SVP and GM of Products, SVP and GM of the OnDemand and SMB divisions and Senior VP of Marketing and Alliances. Bruce also held executive positions in engineering and product management at Apple Computer and Oracle Corporation, and prior to Oracle, he held technical support and management positions at AT&T. Bruce attended the US Military Academy, West Point, and graduated from California State University, Sacramento.

 

Timothy Connors
General Partner, U.S. Venture Partners

Timothy Connors joined USVP in June 2001 and became a General Partner in August 2003. Prior to joining USVP, Tim was a Partner at Sequoia Capital from 1998 to 2001. Tim's operating experience spans seven years in engineering, marketing, manufacturing and sales roles at C-Cube Microsystems and Tandem Computers. Tim serves on the Boards of Dotomi, Guidewire Software, JRG, Mobitrac, Redline Communications, Spoke Software, StorePerform, and 3D Marketing. Tim serves on the Board of Advisors of the Gigot Center for Entrepreneurship at Notre Dame. Tim received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

 

Robert Gersten
SVP Oracle EPM Development, Oracle Corporation

Robert Gersten currently serves as Senior Vice President of Development for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Suite, and is responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of Oracle’s enterprise performance management products. Prior to joining Oracle, Gersten was Chief Development Officer for Hyperion, a leading BI solution provider, and senior vice president for Platinum Technology, a provider of infrastructure software for database and systems management, application development and knowledge management.

 

Ravi Mohan
Managing Director, Shasta Ventures

Ravi co-founded Shasta Ventures in 2003. Prior to Shasta, Ravi was a General Partner at Battery Ventures and served on the Executive Committee for eight years. His operating career spanned five years, included building transaction-processing systems at Accenture, selling and implementing packaged software applications for Hyperion Software Corporation and running MIC, a software development firm based in India. At Battery, Ravi led eight investments and sat on the boards of eleven companies including: Corillian (IPO in April 2000), SupplierMarket (sold to Ariba), QSS (sold to Telelogic AB), Enosys Software (Sold to BEA Systems) Diligent Systems (sold to Verticalnet) and SenSage, Inc. Ravi holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan School of Business with Highest Distinction and was awarded a Citibank Fellowship for academic distinction. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

 

Kim Orumchian
Co-Founder/CEO, Right90

Kim Orumchian co-founded Right90 in August 2003. Prior to Right90, Kim was the Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Jamcracker, Inc. In June, 1995, Kim co-founded and was the Executive Vice President of Product Development and Co-Founded of Fatbrain.com (then known as CBooks Express.) Fatbrain.com grew to $100M in revenues, completed an IPO and then subsequently was sold to Barnes&Noble.com. Kim was responsible for driving the company's business-to-business strategy and managing both product and services business units as well as the functional disciplines of IT, engineering, program management and product management. Previously, Kim was Manager of Developer Relations at NeXT and General Magic. Kim has a B.A. in Physics from Reed College and a B.S. in Applied Physics from Columbia University.
